Technocurve is the “doing business as” name for training services offered by Paul Taylor. Paul was a government school science teacher in England and Wales for 20 years. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education, both from the University of Nottingham, as well as a Masters (MEd) in Science Education and Management from the University of Cardiff. Both these universities are Russell Group universities.
Paul has had a keen interest in the use of office applications for 30 years, having trained people in these skills for nearly 25 years. He has kept up-to-date with all developments. Paul’s skills lie not just in the actual applications themselves but also in the best way to explain these skills to various audiences.
Bio
Paul was born in Ashton-under-Lyne, near Manchester, England, in 1961. His family moved to the neighboring historic town of Stalybridge when he was 3 years old. A trained musician, as well as scientist, Paul studied Piano at the prestigious Chethams School of Music in Manchester from 1969 to 1979.
Paul has had varied careers, including 20 years as a schoolteacher, many years in business, and in public speaking. He lived many years in Bridgend, Wales, before moving to Leicester, England, to start his public speaking career. This took him eventually to Pensacola, Florida and Mount St Helens in Washington State, where he ran the Mount St Helens Creation Center. This part of his career led to speaking engagements and TV work throughout the USA.
Paul now lives in northern Idaho. He is within easy driving distances of cities such as Moscow, Idaho and Spokane, Washington. He has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
