Powerpoint – Level 1 (Level 2 is mainly about the use of PPT in delivering public presentations)
Access – Levels 1, 2, and 3. Level 3 includes the non-software skills of designing Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). RDBMS skills are relevant to MS Access as well as MySQL, MariaDB and other RRDBMS applications.
